MEMQ AG has enrolled in due time at the central EAR (Stiftung Elektro-Altgeräte Register) and will fulfill its obligations, particularly the duties of taking back and marking the products from March 24 th 2006 on.

The Registration Number was given November 22 nd 2005 and reads as follows:

Therewith we provide for all our domestic customers, that for products that you purchase from MEMQ AG and sell in Germany, the obligations of the manufacturer in terms of the ElektroG are well-regulated.

This applies for the brand EXTREMEMORY as well as for products imported by MEMQ AG.
