The many products we offer are especially manufactured to be able to achieve these high standards and as well as the high requirements from our customers.

Our range of flash-products for the industrial use contains the following:

Temperature range: All our products manufactured for the industrial use are available as consumer products (from 0 degrees Celsius to 70 degrees Celsius) as well as with an extended temperature range (from -40 degrees to 85 degrees Celsius).

We only and exclusively use SLC NAND flash for the manufacturing of our products, therefore they already contain the followings characteristics:

• Error Correction (ECC)
• Bad Block Management
• Wear Levelling
• Power Loss Protection

Our range of DRAM products for the industry contains:

• Industrial Unbuffered DIMMs DDR and DDR2
• Industrial SO-DIMMs DDR and DDR2

We are exclusively using chips from leading manufacturers for our DRAM products, therefore they show the following characteristics:

• Extended temperature range from -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius
• JEDEC Compliant Design
• Testing – due to your individual requirements
